Is UX Methods and terminology working in reality ? People listens what they want to Listen.

Empathy study? Persona study, How much of this actually works?

Empathy study plays a bigger role in UXers own persona how they handle asking the right questions without fear of looking dumb.

 -  As the corporate reality is very messy it is filled with people and politics.

 -  UXers thinks to educate but in reality, they need to communicate

 -  Speaking the language of the people we are talking to.

 -  Clearly. Simply. plainly.

Some of the UX Diagrams are not to communicate but to impress!!
We try to convince other people that we know what we are doing.

If our proposed solution doesn't address the fear no one will give a
shit, how great the UX could be.

FIVE WHYS IN ANSWER!

THE RIGHT SOLUTIONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT THE RIGHT QUESTIONS
DOES THE WORK WE DO AND THE PROCESS WE FOLLOW GET US WHAT WE INTEND?

- Are we taking care of the task completion more than the value and success

PEOPLE LISTEN WHAT THEY WANT TO LISTEN!
ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS

The WORDS are just BIG AND EXPENSIVE!!

What are UX  methodologies, processes, and tools?

 - A Bad Craftsman blames his Tools ( Craftsman- UXER, designer, developer, product managers) (       Tools- Lean, Agile, Frameworks, design libraries, Software, Best practices)

- Too many of the complex, formal UX methods we hear about are really just

OVERBLOWN EGO_DRIVEN FANTASIES meant to show us how smart their authors are.

Stakeholders care about their reputations more
than UX because of fear.

Stakeholder:
I don't want to hear excuses. We need to get this done in two weeks, period.

We:
What are you afraid is going to happen if we don't get this right?

Stakeholder:
" We've got to fix all these things ASAP.
   No exceptions.

We:
How bad is each problem and how often does each one occur?
